I’ve always been a hard worker. As far back as I can remember I took care of my grandma Simona. She suffered from dementia. She was not the disease, she had a glorious soul.

When I finished junior high school I had my first job at the age of 13, working at Beltran’s Recycling Center. That was very hard work. Everyday I came home smelling like stale beer. My parent’s said if I wanted nice clothes, I had to work for it. It was a valuable lesson my parent’s taught me. You want something in life you need to work for it.

Fast forward to present day and I have the same work ethic with my music. I strive to be the best. I strive to be original and creative. I strive to be unique. What’s the point if I was just another artist…no point at all, exactly.

Opportunities are flowing like gold in the rivers of northern California like it’s 1849. Yes I am being serious. If you are reading this, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. I’m truly blessed. Afortunado…my favorite word in Spanish, which means I’m a very lucky man. People ask how I put myself in these chance situations, my response…

You have to be at the right place at the right time. Life is all about timing, don’t be early, don’t be late. Punctuality is very important.

And yes I love my fiance with every ounce of my soul. Feeling very fortunate.

I love you,

Dylan
